Automating the client acquisition from quote to project to tasks to billing

A client accepted our proposal last week. By the time I finished my tea, the project existed in our system: every accepted line item had become a priced task, the three-installment payment plan sat in our cash-flow forecast with dates, and the first invoice had a scheduled send window.

One action created all of it, because I built our quoting tool to treat acceptance as the start of delivery. The quote lines already know their prices, so the tasks inherit them. The payment terms already exist, so the forecast updates itself. When the work is done, billing is a lookup instead of an archaeology project.

Sales-to-delivery handoff is where small agencies quietly lose money, and plumbing like this is the fix.

This is also exactly the kind of automation we build for clients: lead pipelines, CRM integrations, quoting flows. The tooling we run our own company on is the demo.
