My meetings file themselves now. Even with AI analysis, there are stages that can be further automated and where the data goes, matters.

I press record in the menu bar when a meeting starts. The system checks my calendar and attaches the recording to the right event, participants included. When the meeting ends, transcription runs locally on my laptop, so the audio never leaves my machine. The transcript links itself to the client’s records, and every decision we made is searchable months later.

We can also do lots of different things with the auto-tagged transcripts, like this blog post for instance.

Last week a client asked for meeting notes. The next morning they had a clean, structured document built from the recording, covering decisions and next steps, with our internal prep discussion automatically excluded.

The part I appreciate most is what this does to the meeting itself. Nobody types notes while thinking. You talk, you decide, and the bookkeeping happens on its own.

I am building this kind of quiet automation into everything my company does, and it is turning out to be the most valuable thing we sell.
